SOLPICO (Drainage water trace solvent removal and recovery system)

SOLPICO is mainly consisted of a high-efficiency separation column, condenser, and a dry vacuum pump, that separates and removes trace solvent in drainage water and also collects it by using the difference in volatility between the solvent and water.

The bottom of the tower is heated to generate water vapor, and will have an effective gas-liquid contact in the separation column. Solvents with a high volatility will concentrate at the top of the column and will be collected as a liquid by the condenser. Water that has passed the waste water regulations will drain out of the bottom of the column. There are 2 types of this system, reduced pressure type and normal pressure type.
