Total Solutions Business Division
Equipment Sales Department The main role is sales and marketing to provide total solutions by combining environmental engineering business and recycling and purification business.
Li-ion Battery Business Development Department
Engineering Department Design and construction management of domestic sales equipment, purchase of materials for equipment, maintenance of the marketed systems are the roles of this department.

Refining and Recycling Business Division
Tokyo Sales Department The main role is sales and marketing for the recycling and purification business. Orders and purchases of bulk materials and products are also handled here.
Ogaki Sales Department
Wanouchi Plant They work for the manufacturing work-flow from receipt and shipment of bulk material and products up to quality control, inventory control, operation of manufacturing equipment, manufacturing control, cost accounting, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

Production Technology Department The role of this department is to check and support the manufacturing activities at each plant in terms of technology and equipment.
Logistics Department The main role is to transport bulk material and products using trucks and tank trucks.
Business Planning Department Involved in the making of budget and management of the refining and recycling business division; initiation of cost cutting activities and promotion of safety in production.
Process Development Department The main role is technology development of the manufacturing process in in-house plants. They also work on research and investigation of analytical technology, and maintenance of analytical equipment.

Research and Development Division

 The main role is investigation, research and development of new opportunities, and also development of systems.

Business support Division
Human Resources and General affairs Department This department is responsible for the general affairs of corporate management including recruiting and hiring, human and labor affairs, work on information systems, and work on environmental control, etc.
Corporate Planning Department Corporate planning, advertisement and promotion, work on public affairs.
Finance and Accounting Department They work on matters concerning finance, accounting, and tax.
